Defecto del producto: Si recibes tu producto con algún tipo de defecto, solo tienes que contactarnos vía whatsapp o correo electrónico, nos muestras con fotos y una breve descripción del defecto, para la observación del mismo y proceder a hacer el cambio.

If you are not happy with your purchase, please let us know. Refunds and exchanges must be requested within 20 days after purchase. Any orders after that are valid only for store credit. The goods must be unworn, in the same state and in the original package as you received it. The return will be processed 2-3 days after receiving the goods.

 

Defect Product

If you receive your product with some type of defect, you just have to contact us through our mail: info@cloveaccessories.com. Send the order number, show us some pictures and a brief description of the defect. Then proceed to return the package. Once we receive your returned sunglasses and inspect it, we’ll send you a replacement in 1-2 working days.

Wrong Product

If you receive the wrong product, you just have to contact us through our mail: info@cloveaccessories.com. Send the order number, Show us some pictures and a brief description. Then proceed to return the package. The goods must be unworn, in the same state and in the original package as you received it. Once we receive your returned product and inspect it, we’ll send you a replacement in 1-2 working days.

All Sale or Clearance items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

International Customers Warning: (Clove Accessories is not liable for long shipping delays, however if you need any information or help, you can contact us and we gladly give you any information that you need about the goods in transit).

International first class mail usually takes 1  business day to process after payment clears and a minimum 10-15 business days (2-4 weeks) for arrival. There is no detailed tracking for most first class International mail. Please allow additional delivery time for customs safety inspections, time varies per country. In delays due to international customs procedures.

 

International Customs Fees + Taxes:
Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility. Please check with your country’s customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to purchasing.
